It's Southern Cal. Clearly ESPN the coaches are biased in favor of USC.
USC and Georgia traded spots with USC getting 23 first place votes to Georgia's 20. Some Georgia fans are unhappy, others don't view it as much of a problem since USC plays #3 Ohio State in two weeks.
It's too early for Georgia fans to be getting upset about this. If Georgia goes undefeated or loses only a single game, they're probably going to be playing for the BCS Championship.
