Don't Mean to Toot My Own Horn Here

But, I would like to hear some of the folks thoughts on this subject right here. I'm pretty sure Texas played a lot of cover 2 deep zone under Akina. I was thinking Robinson would have his guys man up and devour our WRs at the line. Of course, he had some unbelievable talent to work with in those years. Someone correct me if you disagree.

I like to think about defensing Tech and the spread like every play is inside the twenty. Man under, safeties keying, and LB’s jumping inside crossing routes.

Now Tech may be able to go deep with MC, but you can defense that with safety help.

Good Dlinemen are the other key against tech. Fill the inside lanes and stuff those runs because drawing the RB to protect takes a lot of pressure off the safeties/LBs.
