President Obama's Bracket
He and Scipio have the same title game. Now I'm going to assume they both agree on Keynesian economic theory, water boarding, and redistribution of wealth.
As for the President's bracket, you'll have a hard time finding more conservative picks. In the final 8 he's got 4 one seeds, 3 two seeds, and a 3 seed. The only number two seed not picked is Oklahoma. Now that's change I can believe in.

Did Bob Dole fill out this bracket?

I know the economy is bad, but you would think the president could afford to print out another bracket without all the scratch outs.

Bob Dole never filled out a bracket in Bob Dole’s life.
Bob Dole lets Elizabeth do that for Bob Dole.
More and more so, actually.

Obama barely won North Carolina in the election. He lost Kentucky handily, explaining why he changed his championship pick.

If our last President had been capable of that type of conservative action . . .

I guess what strikes me most is our president’s indecisiveness.

Weakest region is the west. By default I like UConn over Memphis to get to the final four. The one darkhorse is Purdue.
Toughest Region is the East where I think the best team in the country, Pitt, could get upset by either Tenn/Okie State in the second round or Florida State in the Sweet 16. Duke is ok, but I think Texas gives them serious matchup problems should it survive its first round game against Minnesota. However, I like Villanova to go to the Elite 8 against Shit on Pitt
I like UNC in the South but a couple of darkhores in the name of Arizona State, Syracuse or Clemson could emerge from this bracket as I think OU is vastly overrated.
The west is very interesting and I would be willing to bet anyone on this board that Louisville doesn’t survive the region. The outside shooting of the Cardinal is the achilles heal and I like Wake to get to Detroit. Arizona is extremely interesting as a 12 seed as they have two NBA players on that team. The bottom half of that region is going to be dogfight as USC with a bunch of talented frosh and soph could make a serious run if Tim Floyd would just get out of the way. Or they could stumble to BC. The fighting Tom Izzos are always a threat as he is one of the best coaches in America. I don’t believe in KU as they lost 80 percent of their starting lineup from their NC team but then again Bill Self is roaming the sidelines.
Sorry for the rambling. Thoughts?

I’m with bgood: My first bracket always looks this bad, so I rewrite. I mean, isn’t that what the un-security-coded office copier is for?
