Earl Thomas is on the Thorpe watch list

Texas' Earl Thomas is the only sophomore on the Thorpe Award watch list. It looks like he's finally getting some national recognition.

He'll be even better this year.

Unfortunately he has no chance to win it because Eric Berry of Tennessee should win this going away.

I often ponder how much I would pay to see CTJ and Blake Gideon in the octagon…that would be good action.

I am 6’2", 240 in my 30’s and haven’t been in a fist fight in about 4 years. My guess is that Gideon would mop the floor with my ass and make me beg for mommy. My only defense would be to throw myself at him.

I’m probably 7-10 years older than you and almost 6’5", 330. You could just roll all over him giving him a hellacious stinkbath like I would. Just like the lice hate the sugar, most challengers can’t take the smell.
