Memo to Demarcus Granger: Beat Someone with a Baseball Bat
The Dallas prep star was denied a medical hardship, effectively ending his college football career. Besides 11 starts for the Sooners, the highlight of Granger's career is ganking a fur coat from Burlington Coat Factory days before a Fiesta Bowl loss at the hands of mighty Boise State.
More negative recruiting fodder at the expense of OU? Me thinks so.

Why turned down? Not enough academic progress?

I guess Stoops’ schtick is getting old to the NCAA, too.

Trips right with his 3rd straight post about OU. Good stuff – who you guys got this week?

I have to believe this is karma for both Granger and Stoops. Both sides know the tale of the eligibility tape.

Way to get “ganking” in there. Did you watch ‘Menace II Society’ recently?
Whenever I meet a girl for the first time, I tell them that I work at Burlington Coat Factory. I then shorten it to “the BCF.” If you do that, it doesn’t matter what you do when you finally come clean.

“Way to get "ganking" in there.”
Yeah, but he missed out on a chance for bonus points for correct usage of the term “scrilla.” Pity.

“There’s no other word for that but payback”
Beautiful!

Payback on many levels…I still remember when his coach would not bring him down for a summer visit because we would not provide “goods” for his time.

Memo to Andre Jones: Avoid the “family atmosphere” of Austin. And felony convictions.

An Andre Jones retort to counter a medical hardship denial. Ironical.

Greatness. Making fun of a guy with a nerve injury.
by quigley on Oct 27, 2009 9:14 PM CDT reply actions
I was actually trying to help a guy with a nerve injury. I’m advising him to go Dusty Dvoracek or Bob Villa on somebody so he can guarantee eligibility.
What have you done for guys with nerve injuries, professor?

Lot of touchy ou nerves here. Guess that is what happens when your lying POS coach continues to get exposed

“Memo to Andre Jones: Avoid the "family atmosphere" of Austin. And felony convictions.”
Andre Jones commits a crime and gets kicked off the team having never played a down at UT.
Demarcus Granger commits a crime, plays four years for OU and seeks another year of eligibility.
Great comparison.
