As a Niner fan, I had to see Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, and Ronnie Lott leave and in the case of the last two, play for rivals. It sucks, but the logo comes first, or atleast that’s what Bill Walsh and Eddie Debartolo thought.

As a neutral Skins observer, it will be interesting to see how long it takes this season before the Junkies start calling for Colt Brennan after McNabb spends a game or two sailing passes over all 4 feet of Santana Moss.

On an entertaining note, Shanahan continues to be shocked that Haynesworth is not showing up for minicamp despite the fact that he said he wouldn’t play in a 3-4.

Bates – Bickle is going to be beside himself after game 3 and they realize starting three rookie OL, two worthelss WRs, either of two over-the-hill RBs, and contending with a logjam at TE does not equate to a playoff march. One of the great things about living in the DC area is the irrational exuberence of SkinsFan.

Did I mention their secondary sucks, too?
