The Texas Tech Board of Regents made it officials Tuesday afternoon, becoming the 10th and final school to sign on to Big 12 Light.

The Red Raiders found out that the Pac 10 offer was a package deal, and while they aren't happy about some of the revenue distribution in the new league, they voted to stay.

"We don't necessarily agree with every decision," Chancellor Kent Hance said, "but we're part of the family."
