It's a Kevin Durant Christmas
KD is by all accounts one of the really great guys out there. Works hard, down to earth, humble.
If you use the Twitter. Follow him at KDthunderup
He has one follower who has gained some notoriety due to his proximity, one Mathias Murphy, who might be a black German Irishman. Or something. He goes by @kd35sneighbor and is worth a follow too as KD has taken the lad under his impressive wingspan.
The latest installment has a seasonal bent to it and it warms the heart.
Happy Holidays, KD and Mathias!

You’re a bigger sucker than you let on if you don’t think the whole KD’s neighbor thing is orchestrated by Nike.

Hell, his bio even says: “Nike cuttin’ my checks like everydayyy.”

KD however, is true.
He’s Nobel-Peace-prize-winning, Bill Gates-giving, big-hearted saint ….just so long as he doesn’t take those little kids in rides in his tinted window van…..down by the river.

How can you doubt the purity of KD?
He’s a big kid.
Keep doing what you are doing, KD.

I don’t even care if Nike helped figure it out and used their Nike Silence OF The Lambs night goggles to shoot the episode. The dude is so clearly NOT a phony and universally credited with being a good guy that I’ll enjoy the ride.
Merry Christmas, KD.

Nice KD…unfortunately, the house is still in Oklahoma.

KD is humble, soft-spoken and a fierce competitor. Plus, he frequently throws up the Horns during Thunder games. It’s hilarious and a constant source of irritation to the ou crowd. That being said, not ALL of KD’s neighbors are pleased with his house decorations and the traffic created thereby…

The one thing I worry about KD … he’s just too big (basketball wise) for OKC. Kind of like LeBron in Cleveland … they are both amazing players, but they could both be SO MUCH BETTER!
KD’s ceiling could be Scottie Pippen defense + Dirk offense. If he adds 10 pounds and a low-post game, he’d be the best power forward in the NBA …. we’re talking a potential top 10 all-time player, but he’s not there yet.
Very few NBA guys hit their absolute max ceiling though. Should be interesting to see what happens … if OKC had taken Joakim Noah over Jeff Green three years ago, or had picked up Marcus Camby at the dead-line last season …. they’d be in the mix for a title right now.
