Having had the unfortunate experience of living in Columbus for almost 2 years, you could swap out the maize and blue with scarlet and gray and have the exact same parody commercial. On the plus side, I was living there when VY came to town in 2005…sat behind the Texas band in the shoe…AWESOME.

You guys should post that Paul Rhoads as John Candy video.

Resident Michigan sympathist srr50 blames this video on Generation Why.

I’m laughing, not because the video is funny…. but because this moron is clueless. Michigan fans are way classier than Ohio State fans.
Every moderately successful BCS school from the past decade is going to have t-shirt fans. I consider it a compliment for the program.

There should have been an obligatory Ted Nugent hunting rabbits with a machine gun reference.

I see nothing even remotely humorous about that vile little film.

Meh.
But the clip showing the guy in the scooter was below the belt.

The clip is good for a forced chuckle and a golf clap. Academically, U of Michigan’s colleges (business, engineering, law, medicine, etc.) rank far ahead of tOSU.

I do think there’s something to be said for the inherent value of lesbians

Didn’t Woody Hayes use to beat up his own players? Just sayin…

Pure bile. His allegiance to tOSU, which we can all see has the same of the same kind of people as we saw in the video, demonstrates a barbaric tribal mentality.
Like many of you, I also wonder why it was such a terrible thing for Michigan to have physically disabled people amongst their fanbase. Is this guy a national socialist? Majoring in eugenics?
I’m sure he would say it’s all just a joke but I don’t understand which part was supposed to be funny. It wasn’t tongue in cheek, merely unabashed hatred and stupidity. Somehow he comes out looking worse than a dude in a blonde permed mullet.

Nickel Rover, if it makes you feel any better, he didn’t call out all guys with mullets. You can always claim that yours is worn ironically if you pair it with tight, high-water jeans, velcro Pro-Wings, a Members Only jacket, a man purse, and a wispy mustache (Vasherized can lend you the gear). Just don’t let it get to you, man.

Eugenics is a touchy subject for the blonde haired blue eyed Toadvine.

I lived in Columbus (actually, Dublin) for 8 years. The hatred I have for the Buckeye Nation could fill the shoe. Nasty people. Nasty fans. Double digit IQ magne cum laudes. The more they loose – the better humans they become…

Love the tag: “HenryJames went to Columbus and got slapped by a girl.”
To think they were married just six years later.

HenryJames dished out frontier justice in Columbus. The account he wrote of this skirmish was some of the best prose I ever read. Regrettably, I think it’s been lost.

And what was the import of that comment about the Japanese and the Jews?
Pure Buckeye?
