USC Now has Just 1/2 of a 2004 Mythical National Championship
As expected, the BCS has stripped USC of its 2004 BCS title over the Reggie Bush affair.
AP still maintains the vote for the Trojans National Championship stands. USC Athletics Director Pat Haden has said, "We'll still say it was a national championship season."
Tommy Tuberville would like to have a word with Mr. Haden.

Apparently USC did not participate in the 2006 Rose Bowl either. VY led that thrilling comeback against, uh….

Look for OU to start claiming an additional bogus national title any time now.

Wasn’t Bush playing in the 04 games too?
Anyhow, i always thought that the one they split with LSU was bogus anyways. THEY NEVER HAD TO PLAY THE TOP 2 teams that year! Oh well.

Auburn finished the 2004 season as the #2 in the AP, so even if the AP decides to vacate the USC 2004 MNC, Auburn would likely inherit the title.

Just like Vince got the heisman when Bush had to forfeit.

Bush: “Lake wants a 7 figure settlement?!”
Bush’s Lawyer: “Personally, I think we can tie him up in court for years. The longer this goes, the cheaper he’ll settle. You’re not in college anymore – it’s not like he can cost you anything.”
Bush: “Sounds good.”

So if Bush doesn’t screw over Lake & co does any of this scandal see the light of day? I’m sure some people knew what was going on but was the Yahoo story triggered by Lake’s trying to recoup his investment?

I was 1/2 of a mythical sexual experience with Scarlett Johansen once.

Why don’t we settle this on the field? I’m sure almost all of 2004 Sooners and Tigers are still around, and its perfect timing with the NFL lockout. Talk about Uber-great-grandaddy-of-all-exhibition games! Think of the ratings! Profit! Fantakke make this happen!
