However, I could use some help on the last of the four scenes. The two at the bottom of the stairs? Landry I guess is one of them? What’s the significance of the mascot? Is it supposed to be a puppy? Something about Stoops hating puppies I suppose?

Nunna, it’s the dumb horse mascots that the Sooners squeeze pimple-faced trailer fetuses into on gameday.
The internet tells me that they are named “Boomer” and “Sooner”, just like the real horses that pull that crimson shitwagon across the field.
