Get Dumped Like A Man

The sacred institution of unholy relations took one on the chin last week. Chris Applewhite got his ass dumped.

Six Texas football players to miss spring drills

All are recovering from recent surgeries.
The six are sophomore DE Eddie Jones (left shoulder); junior LB Sergio Kindle (to repair cartilage in right knee); senior DE Aaron Lewis (broken left clavicle); junior Ishie Oduegwu (left shoulder); junior OT Adam Ulatoski (left knee) and sophomore WR Montre Webber (to repair a right foot fracture).
Jones’ shoulder problems […]

Auston English needs to become comfortably numb

Bob Stoops is a hardass. I think he played his senior season in high school with two broken legs and a sucking chest wound. Granted he couldn’t move and pretty much just bled all over the field, but he wasn’t a pussy. And Jefferson said that the football field of liberty must be refreshed from […]

Hills out for the rest of the year

Tony Hills broke his left fibula against Texas Tech and will miss the rest of the year. That sucks.
That’s the second starting offensive lineman Texas has lost in the last two weeks.
Chris Hall will play left tackle, and Buck Burnette will play center.

Someone punchasized Michael Goodson’s face for free

Texas’ schedule just keeps getting easier.
Texas A&M running back Michael Goodson suffered a broken jaw recently and is out for the remainder of the year. Best part is that his jaw was broken by one of his teammates.
Here is a dramatic reenactment of what I think occurred:

Goodson, while working at a fast food restaurant, tampered […]

Injury report for Texas Tech game

Eddie Jones (shoulder) out
Drew Kelson (knee) out
Jared Norton (shoulder) questionable
Sergio Kindle (shoulder) probable

More injuries

Drew Kelson is out for the Tech game with a knee sprain according to the Dallas Morning News.
Kelson was a DB in our nickel dime package and will be replaced by either Erick Jackson, Chykie Brown or Curtis Brown. Two out of three ain’t bad.
Eddie Jones hurt his shoulder (again) last week, and he might […]

Anatomy 101

It isn’t that an interest in football and a working knowledge of internal organs can’t lend itself to levity, next week I’ve scheduled a rousing game of Guess the size of Mad Dog’s colon, it’s simply that for me this particular subject doesn’t broach much satire. After listening to a week of conjecture around the […]

TCU loses their starting left tackle.

As if it wasn’t going to be hard enough already for TCU to score an offensive point against Texas, they’ll now have to do it without their starting left tackle. Senior Wade Sisk tore his ACL in practice and will miss the entire season. That leaves TCU with only two returning starters on the offensive […]

Longhorn Billy Pittman hurts shoulder

Senior receiver Billy Pittman injured his shoulder at Friday’s practice. That makes 3 out of our top 4 receivers who are now hurt. Fortunately we’ve hoarded receivers like Ron Paul hoards gold.

Head trainer Kenny Boyd said, “Billy will be out indefinitely. We will continue to evaluate him and monitor his progress in hopes of getting […]
