Yes, I understand why everyone jumped UGA in the BCS, but it still pissed me off to no end to hear Herbie crying about how just about the entire NC double A should be ahead of the Dawgs before the 4th quarter of the Big 12 title game was 5 minutes old. I’m sure it had nothing to do with the fact that he’d rather have OSU face an injury riddled LSU w/ (possibly) an interim DC than 1 of the 2 hottest teams in the country.

Hey, Kirk, how about both Oklahoma & LSU jumping Ohio St.? I think the only major conference weaker than the Big 10 was the ACC. Goddamn crybaby, shirt-lifting dumbass. Let Brokeback catcher Jake Gyllenhaal play Herbstreit in THAT Lifetime movie of the week. Erin Andrews could fuck the entire Michael Vick dogfighting crew at once and it would still be a step up from being disappointed by your limp White Owl. I bet you wept when she dumped you.

Dawgs get screwed! LSU has lost two games since Georgia last lost. And when did being conference champion become a BCS championship game requirement? Guess Notre Dame can never go. Of course, that’s no danger no matter what the BCS rules.

Because tOSU’s SOS is in the mid 70s while Hawaii’s is dead last.

Because tOSU played 7 teams that had winning records and Hawaii played 2.

Because tOSU’s D1AA cupcake actually had a decent season (Youngstown State went 7-4) and Hawaii’s D1AA cupcakeS went 1-11 (Northern Colorado) and 5-6 (Charleston Southern.)

How is ohio state more deserving than hawaii? lets say theoretically hawaii was 12-0 with a victory against Michigan (a supposed quality opponent according to OSU backers) would any pollster have them as the #1 team? this is a joke. Now i enjoy watching ohio state get embarassed in the title game every year to some extent but there is that small possibility that they beat an overrated imo LSU team. then we have to withstand more OSU chest thumping about a natl championship. well here’s to the holiday bowl!
