I see no reasons not to expect VY to have another spike in performance. I'm not that upset about him scrambling less because I think his main strength is not his running, but rather the way that he is able to play at a faster speed than other guys. He will gain mastery of more of the field in the passing game, and the Titans offense will really take off. The Titans are in a good place if the position they need improvement from is QB.
