Ken Hackenmack - put him at Fullback for Mackovic and you have a winning backfield.

ANyone know whatever happened to him? He was in the colts camp as an o-line (yes o-line) project but never made the team.

ps - yes I know I'm off by 10 yrs, but that guy was unbelievably large and humourous if you ever met him.

First, you’ve gotta replace Roesler with that big guy by the name of Brockermeyer.

Brockermeyer was recruited by David McWilliams.

You are free to make Bill Little cry. In fact you are encouraged to do so. Ragging dudes who played for our beloved Horns 10 years ago who weren't that great is misguided.

O Line - First, you've gotta replace Roesler with that big guy by the name of Brockermeyer. And with that, Mackovic's O line is a tad bit better than Mack's, especially, as was mentioned by another, his O lines simply executed much better than Mack's (need I bring up the Tim Nunez years??? )

QB - Mack wins with VY and Simms as his backup.

WR- Mack wins.

RB - Mackovic in a no-brainer. Plus he'd actually have good depth here, with Shon Mitchell, McGarity, Hodges, Ricky Brown.

D-Line - you must admit Mackovic's D line easily beats Mack's. True, A Humph didn't play in the League but he was a terror in college, and then there's Brackens on the other side. And the DTs are simply the best freakin tandem in school history.

LBs - Mack wins easy.

DB's - a push, but Mack would have far better depth.

Kicker - Mackovic in a heartbeat (Stockton & Dawson). This has been Mack's absolute worst area of recruiting.

So, overall it's a fairly even breakdown, but Mack has VY and a whole stable of superior depth.

Vasher played safety at one point and should replace Marcus Griffin in Mack's lineup.

Applewhite on Mac's QB list doesn't make sense. James Brown, minus his Sr year, was the man.

No Taje Allen, eh? Is it because he kind of wasn't good at playing defensive back? Is that what we're doing here, holding people accountable for on-field performance?

Put me on the Mackovic team and I will torch Aaron Ross. I have done it repeatedly over the course of multiple decades.
