Dollar-Bill saw a cash-grab opportunity in Jerry Jones' desire to see his alma mater play a game at Jerryworld. To make that happen, Jerry needed a Texas team willing to play Arkansas that would fill the stadium, which pretty much left him with two options seeing as how Tech, Baylor, and TCU combined couldn't fill that place.
