When you throw a rock into a pack of dogs, the one that yelps is the one that got hit. Miles and Saban are the ones that were guilty of breaking the previous rules, and this rule is going to hurt them the most.

The big difference between Mack and Miles is that Coach Brown is respected by the NCAA and the college football world. Miles is a known slug. There is good reason that MIchigan did not want him back up there.

It’s not laziness; players come to Texas because they know how special we are. Those players put Texas one-of-one or one-of-two, and that two sure as hell ain’t LSU or Alabama. It’s OU bitches. Suck it, Miles.

P.S.: I didn’t really want Russell Shepard. It’s not like Davis can teach super-freakish athletic running backs to throw the ball, anyway.

It’s certainly true that laziness has played a big part in Brown and his staff’s recent recruiting decisions. Still, it’s hard not to support anything Miles and Saban object to so strenuously.

Reminds me of back when I was a little boy, of a comment that was pretty important for my dad to make to strangers while in a drunken stupor. And I think it’s applicable to Les Miles here & now: “I don’t know who you think you are mister, but you can go straight to hell!”
