My adjusted stats and ratings are available for the first time as the FBS scheduling gods allowed the teams to be connected after only three weeks this year. The power ratings are available but my preferred EWP ratings will not be available until each team has two games against FBS teams and really isn't relevant until every team has at least three.

Discussion and comments after the jump.

Obviously the ratings are very unstable at this point in the season. There are several teams that have played only one FBS opponent so far. Two examples are Florida St. and Oklahoma. Florida State's power rating is locked in to being 52 points greater than Wake Forest's while Oklahoma's is locked in at 17 points greater than UTEP's. Additionally, every adjusted stat for those two teams is based only on their one FBS game to date.

Stats that do not have enough connectivity to be adjusted will have a value of zero and the team ranking will be 1.
