Texas Longhorns DE Cedric Reed Returning in 2014?

If Golden's source is reliable, this is a major building block for Charlie Strong's defense.  Reed is the best total package DE (defending run and pass) in the Big 12 and a sure NFL player who plays with passion, intelligence, and instincts. Last year, Reed finished 3rd on the team in tackles, with 19 tackles for loss, and 10 sacks.  He also led the team in forced fumbles (5, next best was 2) and was second in QB hits.  I thought enough of him to name him Midseason Team MVP.
