Reports are circulating that West Virginia AD Oliver Luck is leaving to become "something of second-in-charge there to oversee NCAA reform."

Luck is on public record as supporting giving college athletes the "full cost of scholarship" Luck was rumored to be a top candidate for the UT Athletics Director position this time last year before Steve Patterson was selected for the post.

Oh and I almost forgot, the task of replacing Luck falls to WVU President E. Gordon Gee, who as President of Ohio State presided over a public relations dumpster fire during the Jim Tressell/tattogate affair.

That should be fun.
