Leroy Scott & Chet Moss Dismissed From Longhorn Football Team

The two seniors are gone from the program for "violating unspecified team rules."

Leroy Scott was an early bloomer high school recruit who hit a developmental wall (may have been genetic, may have been the sclerotic Texas program), but was a consistent special teams contributor who could have pressed for playing time at safety in 2014.

Chet Moss was a Rivals four star recruit (!!!) and was almost immediately moved to FB (i.e. exile) and was previously suspended for unspecified violations in 2013.

Neither loss is surprising.  And there are more to come.
