The wait is over.
Big news. Texas guard Isaiah Taylor (wrist) has been cleared to return. Horns open conference play against Texas Tech Saturday.

Isaiah Taylor's return for conference play conforms to the timetable the staff had (unofficially) targeted since his injury against Cal Iowa over a month ago. He's been practicing with the team for about a week, and now he's ready to return to the starting lineup. Taylor gets essentially one warm-up game against Texas Tech before conference play kicks into high gear against the Oklahoma Sooners Monday night. Expect Zay to immediately put in 30+ minutes/game, with Holland as his primary backup for PG minutes and (hopefully) a return to limited minutes at the 2 for Javan Felix.
Texas is getting its most important player back after missing the past 10 games: http://t.co/50hrk3nxsP

With a healthy Isaiah Taylor, I think Texas is positioned to be the favorite in a loaded Big 12.

Welcome back, Zay. We've missed you.
