Johnson's head coach at South Oak Cliff was recently hired at Texas Tech and the smart money says he signs to Lubbock on NSD. Johnson was an intriguing developmental prospect at safety, but if there's an area that the Longhorns could afford to have trimmed, it was defensive back.
