NCAA Football: Auburn at Georgia

The Longhorn Football team will play a home-and-home series with Southeastern Conference power Georgia in 2028 and 2029, University of Texas Vice President and Athletics Director Chris Del Conte announced on Monday. Texas is scheduled to host Georgia on Sept. 2, 2028 at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium and will travel to Sanford Stadium in Athens to play the Bulldogs on Sept. 1, 2029.

Pretty cool. Maybe Texas will have its play in season openers ironed out by then?
