2019 Texas Football Recruiting: Texas lands elite Arizona WR Jake Smith

The 2019 class added its ninth member in Arizona WR Jake Smith. Smith is a four star recruit with great physical specs and even better film. He holds offers from every school that matters and it came down to a Texas vs. USC battle. He has favored Texas solidly for weeks now and finally made it semi-official with a commitment to Tom Herman and the Horns.
