Halftime Thoughts: Texas-21 Tulsa-0

• The Golden Hurricane are as bad on defense as expected
• Sam Ehlinger has shown good command. 10 of 15 for 168.
• Largely good OL play by Texas
• Keaontay Ingram is the best RB on the team by a large margin. Incredible cuts. 47 yards on 6 carries
• The Tulsa O is fairly respectable. Good OL. Good RB. They dropped a TD and missed FOUR field goals. I’ve never seen that in a half of football
• Ball hawking freshman safeties Caden Sterns and BJ Foster each grabbed INTs and Josh Thompson has been everywhere
• The jet sweep still works against us. Shocked
• Lil’Jordan Humphery is a large, powerful human - 90 yards in the first half

The second half is about finishing and pouring it on. The game result isn’t in doubt. The question is whether Texas finishes with a listless win or dominates.
