First, the potentially bad news:
RB Keaontay Ingram tweaked his knee and S Caden Sterns rolled his ankle in today’s closed scrimmage, Tom Herman said. He said the on-field examinations are encouraging, but awaiting tests.

Herman has physical practices and guys are going to get hurt. We will wait and see the prognosis for both players. The Longhorns have the depth to weather some dings at safety, but running back? Nope.
On the OL:
Herman said if he there was a game tomorrow the starting o-line would be Cosmi - Angilau - Shackelford - Kerstetter - Okafor. Braun currently rounds out Herman’s current top group of six. Kerstetter is his No. 2 center #hookem

Regarding Braun, I expect his eventual ascension at starting left guard.
Finally, a positive word on Cade Brewer:
Herman: “I love what Cade (Brewer) is doing. He made a one-handed catch in the end zone today.” #hookem

It seems Brewer has regained some of the movement he showed pre-injury.
