Quarterback Vince Young will not be playing in the Saskatchewan Roughriders first pre-season game on Saturday.
Head coach Chris Jones confirmed on Wednesday that Young, who suffered a hamstring injury at Tuesday's practice, will sit out the game against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
From CBC News.
With no immediate suggestion on how bad the injury is or how soon VY could return, the head coach suggested it would be hard for Vince to make the squad if he can’t get healthy and get back on the field soon.
"Vince is up against it. He knows what he needs to do to get healthy and get back on the field," head coach Chris Jones said.
This is seriously screwing up my Canadian tourism spend.
