Update: Max Lang, besides being slower than Shaun Rogers going to a yoga class, also is hard of hearing. Texas did offer......it was just followed by a Tech!
Apparently, we offered Max Lang from the Orlando, Florida area. He claims we called him pretty much out of the blue and offered. Other offers per Rivals are FSU, FIU, South Carolina, South Florida, and UCF. Some should be happy he's not an in-state kid.
6'4", 276 lbs. Runs the 40 in 5.94? Please let that be a misprint. But he makes up for it with a 24 inch vertical.
Apparently, he took Quandre Diggs' spot.....I kid, I kid. So, is this offer for real? Anybody know anything about this kid? Who's recruiting him? We don't generally offer kids that don't visit, perhaps he's getting ahead of himself? If not, perhaps we're not really high on our chances with Westerman or Hegarty? I don't know, but I just like to see some of the barkers here blow a gasket.....I can't post on Recruitocosm either, so no complaints.
