On a more serious note...

Barking Carnival is in many ways a family. Sure, we put the fun in dysfunctional but I like to think that when something really important comes along, we can ask you for a bit of support.

Our great friend Kevin Berger (aka Trips Right) and his family are currently going through some medical difficulties with their newborn baby and it requires a bone marrow transplant. Unfortunately, this is the second child in his clan that has needed a bone marrow transplant, but the good news is that the first surgery went well and their son Joshua, now close to 5 years of age is doing well. Even better news is that the oldest brother is a perfect genetic match for the newborn baby, Raylee, so similar results are expected.

So if you're scoring at home, that's two siblings with a rare disease and the other two siblings are/were perfect donor matches.

His wife is blogging the whole process and it would mean a lot to Trips and the missus if you would stop by and lend your support.

A Journey thru a Bone Marrow Transplant

Please start from the bottom and work your way up. Leave comments and think plenty of good thoughts for Ray Ray.

Thanks,

The Management
