My thoughts:

Florida supplants Oregon, rightfully. If you value the resume, you have to give Florida the nod. Though I'd probably take Oregon on a neutral field right now. Their defense is actually better than most think
Kansas State @ #4 - amazing coaching job. And Optimus Klein is Heisman worthy right now
Texas Tech is sniffing the Top 10 after pulling out a win over TCU. What an amazing turnaround on defense
Stanford strikes me as overrated until I look at the teams behind them
Louisiana Tech deserves its ranking. They're allergic to defense, but their only season hiccup is a two point loss to A&M and they have convincing wins over other FBS schools
As for little guys who don't belong: Ohio is now up to #20. Beyond silly
Boise State is actually getting a historical respect ranking @ #23. Pretty amazing what a decade of winning will do for you. They're not very good
