Longhorn Network's 'Texas GameDay' Updates

Adding David Thomas and an Airstream trailer.

From the press release:

Texas GameDay, Longhorn Network’s college football pregame show, is set to air from two new locations this year. Beginning Saturday, Sept.12, the show is live at the corner of 23rd and Dedman two-and-a-half hours before every home game. Positioned outside of Darrell K Royal – Texas Memorial Stadium, Gate 25, the new set will be surrounded by UT fandom and provides a prime view as players and coaches make their entrance into the stadium during the "Texas Stampede". For the last hour, the show transitions to a sideline set as the stands fill and the team warms up prior to kick off.

Glad to hear David Thomas is joining full time. I've always enjoyed his pragmatic takes. The new set will also include "a classic Airstream trailer that will serve as an on-location hub for the show". Apparently the guys also live in it during the season.

If you want to see some set renderings and maps, do that here.

The season is almost here. That makes me giddy.
