Somebody sent me a tweet that I just assumed was a joke but upon further review, I guess it isn't.
Or it is.
I dunno.
The point here is that we have potentially uncovered a bountiful source of new unintentional (or intentional) comedy and really, that's why we're here.
Schools have started having their compliance teams staff Twitter accounts so that an athlete presented with a situation where he's not sure what he can or can not do can just get a quick answer. I for one applaud them doing this in such a transparent fashion.
Recently, OU player Trent Ratterree encountered just such a conundrum.
@trent_ratterree
Trent Ratterree Are we allowed to take rocks or small animals from a state or national park as mementos? @OUCompliance

I would keep an eye on this character though. Not sure I've seen a feral cat used as an inducement before but anything is possible. Maybe name it Lynx Rufus Alexander.

Yes, I get that Trent may just be having a good time with this. Anybody with Jim Croce wallpaper is OK in my book.
But yes, LSU has a compliance Twitter account. The mind reels.
