Johnny Manziel: Signing On The Dotted Line

Johnny Manziel signed lots and lots of photos during the off season. The question is -- did he get paid for it?

A&M opens football camp -- not a moment too soon for the soap opera that is Johnny Football, and question #1 will be did Johnny Manziel develop carpal tunnel syndrome while signing hundreds of photos, allegedly for cash.

ESPN's "Outside the Lines "is reporting that Manziel signed photographs, footballs, mini football helmets and other items at the request of an autograph broker named Drew Tieman. The autograph signing allegedly took place down in Miami before and after the BCS championship game between Alabama and Notre Dame.

Here is ESPN's details look at the allegations.

As pointed out in the report, A&M doesn't have much to worry about as a program, but Manziel could miss some games if the NCAA can prove cash passed hands.

If nothing else it is one more distraction for Kevin Sumlin to deal with as football camp begins.
