2015 Texas Longhorns Football Recruiting: OL Brandon Hodges Commits

Mississippi JUCO OL Brandon Hodges has committed to the Texas Longhorns.  Hodges is the 7th (!) OL commitment in the 2015 class and the second JUCO early enrollee.

Hodges had scholarship offers from Louisville, Mississippi State, Oklahoma State and Missouri.  Perhaps we should consider him the offensive equivalent of JUCO DE Quincy Vasser - a mature player meant to shore up a shallow depth chart, create legitimate competition at tackle and allow the redshirting and systematic development of several of his classmates.

I can't find any legitimate film on the guy, but Wickline identified him early and hasn't relented in his recruitment.

This commitment was expected and should end OL recruiting for the 2015 class.
