College Station continues to be news central for some interesting off-season football stories.
The Aggies Athletics Director, Eric Hyman announced his resignation Tuesday.
This came just one day after Hyman gave Kevin Sumlin the dreaded vote of confidence. Which follows several reports of rumors that Sumlin is looking for a way out, by jumping to the NFL, if they will have him.
This came on the heels of A&M losing not one, but two five-star QB's to transfers. But then it turns out that what really happened is that Oklahoma and A&M have made a trade of QB's -- no word if picking up any of the salary of either is involved.
Oh and let's go a head and throw in for good measure that the other former 5-star QB from A&M - Kyle Allen is joining Tom Herman and the Houston Cougars.
Which of course has some fans at A&M, LSU and even Texas wondering how Herman sold Allen to come play for the Cougars in 2017 when they fully expect their school to hire him away after 2016.
As someone once said.
"Get Your Popcorn Ready"
It's gonna be an interesting off-season.
