If the Big 12 expands, should TCU and OK ST be placed in the North division?

For better geographic accuracy the Big 12 South could be renamed Big 12 West, and the Big 12 North could be renamed Big 12 East.

Big 12 West: Texas, OU, BYU, Kansas, Baylor and Texas Tech

Big 12 East: TCU, Oklahoma State, West Virginia, Cincinnati, Kansas State and Iowa State

Texas' eight game conference schedule years 1-2: OU, BYU, Texas Tech, Baylor, Kansas, West Virginia, Oklahoma State and Kansas State.

Texas' eight game conference schedule years 3-4: OU, BYU, Texas Tech, Baylor, Kansas, Cincinnati, TCU and Iowa State.

Texas could schedule 4 out-of-conference games instead of the 3 ooc games we're limited to now.

Oklahoma State and Oklahoma could schedule each other out-of-conference whenever they aren't playing in conference. Ditto for Kansas and Kansas St, or Texas and TCU.

Would this divisional line-up provide for a more balanced conference and higher TV ratings?
