He’s a 1st ballot Hall of Famer, should have won the Heisman in 2000 (he led freaking PURDUE to the Rose Bowl, for Heaven’s sakes), never lost a game in high school and brought Westlake a state title, and is, by all accounts, a great guy.
There are four legendary generational QBs of 2000s era: Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning and Drew Brees. Not bad for a 6 foot tall guy who couldn’t land a scholarship offer from Texas in-state schools and was moved from San Diego to New Orleans after sustaining what many considered a career-ending shoulder injury.
I’ve never seen a more accurate passer at any level of football.
