ESPN's Darren Rovell earlier this year had reported that the parents of Texas A&M quarterback Kenny Hill had filed to trademark the name "Kenny Trill" in a move to prepare for all the merchandise that would soon follow their son's early season success for the Ags.
This decision leaves one to ponder whether they have taken similar steps for the name "Kenny Nil" after last Saturday in Alabama.
