Colorful Defensive Coordinator Vance Bedford has the media and fans breathlessly awaiting each Wednesday for his latest press conference and quotables. And for good reason. He's usually turnt.

Vance has referenced his wife, his dog, his kids, and his bat in humorous and unforgettable ways. He's challenged the fans to show up and the media to answer his questions. When he gets on a roll he's like Leo Getz in the back of your car - you keep thinking he'll stop soon, but no-o-o-o. It's hilarious.

As great as all that is, Vance is at his best when he talks seriously about the defense. He'll praise individuals and criticize units; he'll evaluate where they are and where they should be; Vance points out the upcoming opponent's strengths and how his team will have to play to beat them.

He's a passionate guy about defense, the game of football, and his players. It shows.

But, in his latest PC, the depth of that passion came through in his best two minutes to date. Watch the video and if you don't grab your bat, kick your dog and yell, "Yeah! That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!", then I don't know how you can call yourself a Longhorn fan.
