What's next...just how much cachet does Dodds have?
Yeah, while we’re celebrating Dodds’ big brass gansta balls, I don’t think the broadcast service providers are blinking at his particular game of chicken. They don’t appear to be knuckling under to his and ESPN’s ante-uping move to exclusively televise an additional game on LHN. What’s next? 4 games next season? 5 the one after? TWCs and Comcasts appear to be willing to see this through to the bitter end.

This is what angers me
He’s meddling in affairs that are none of his goddamn business. I thought he was a laughingstock when I lived in TX, and was shocked when his re-election appeared imminent. Now he’s essentially getting to micromanage UT.
I have no idea what would happen if Powers and Dodds were to leave. I’m wondering if Oliver Luck might be a potential replacement at AD.
