Around SBN: Is "Getting The Gang Back Together" The Right Move?

And it's goodbye to A&M.;

Today's the last day the Aggies will be a part of the Big XII conference. Tomorrow the Aggies will pack up all of their Big XII football championship trophiesy and join the SEC.

This is great news on so many fronts. Mostly it means football season isn't that far away.

So much Bill Byrne - I just lost an hour re-reading all of these.

Anyway, adios. You, too, Mizzou.

Welcome Holgo and Lizardfrogs.

ColoradoAg

Your presence will serve as a reminder that there are some good Aggies. And, thanks btw for your past contributions.

Thankfully we get y'all

I’m very excited to see what WVU can do in the Big 12. That, and I have a lot less of a problem with burning couches than screwing sheep and worshipping dogs.

Remember how much crying their was after your trip to Fayetteville? Morgantown will be like that.

Not sure that's a good comparison.

Lot of history with the Hogs. Arkansas has kind of a thing for Texas. I’ll try to dig up that article. from SI.

Now the trip to Ohio State might be a good comparison but I don’t know.

Cluelessness is a common characteristic in the $EC (besides cheating, of course)

As Broyles exemplifies, Dixie doesn’t understand why any university wouldn’t want to be a part of the $EC. Broyles mistakenly thinks politics prevents UT from joining the $EC. No, Frank, we don’t want to be associated w/ you mouth-breathing cheaters. Your academics suck too, by and large .

The Big 12 should be the last conference running academic smack.

We got rid of

the real weak schools. And now we just have to wait and see what the governor and legislature try next to weaken the public ones. Guess we should take a private school or two too beat up on so we could pretend all our schools were some where close to the average, huh?

Crying

Was that a reference to us losing to Arkansas last time we played there? We get WVU at home this year, and (although it’s way too early) I’ll guarantee we win next year in Morgantown. They lose their Heisman candidate next year.

If it was a “Deliverance” joke…well, y’all are not only in the same conference, you’re in the same division with the pig squeelers. Again, I’ll take moon-shinin’ and pyromania over beastiality.

Bravo, indeed.

The virginal Ags are all aflutter about their new suitors who they imagined courted them passionately in hopes of hand-holding and an occasional kiss.

They wanted deliverance from UT, now they get Deliverance.

when the 'squeal like a sheep' thing kicks in...

both sides are likely to get confused…

But when it comes to the metaphorical shaft through the heart, I’m betting it’s not the ags that keep riding the canoes.
