Texas Longhorns On Big Monday Three Times

NCAA Runner-up Kansas will make four appearances on Big Monday, while Texas and Baylor will get plenty of air time as well. The Longhorns and Bears will both have three games on the schedule.

Star-divide

Newcomer West Virginia will also appear three times on Big Monday, getting two straight home games against Kansas and Texas.

The Horns schedule:

Jan. 21-- (Martin Luther King Jr. Day Texas at Oklahoma, 9:30 p.m.

Feb. 4 -- Texas at West Virginia, 9 p.m.

March 4 -- Baylor at Texas, 9 p.m.

West Virginia and Texas last met in the 2006 NCAA Tournament, and Kenton Paulino broke the Mountaineers hearts.

That looks like a funhouse version of Vasherized’s wedding. The clothing, of course, remains the same.

I think part of TCU's agreement to join the Big XII

is that we actually never ask that our men’s basketball team be shown ever on television.

If Texas had tried to play defense instead of fouling who knows how that turns out.

Just kidding and Jamie is a great guy. The staff tried so hard to talk him out of coming to Ft. Worth because they already had Scottie Brooks committed to them. Scottie went back home after a year and Jamie turned out far, far better than I think anyone could have expected when they saw him as a freshman.

Texas had a foul to give

You had the feeling that the refs thought the game was over and just short of decapitation they were going to swallow their whistles and let the clock run out.

Ooops.

It was as strange an ending as I have seen in basketball.

You are right, the only people in that building who didn’t see the fouls were the officials and the only logical thought is they were so sold on not deciding how the game ended they did it anyway by not making the calls.
