Tom Landry Exhibit
Came across this from our good friends at You + Dallas.
Presented by the Dallas Historical Society...
The Hall of State honors Tom Landry, the legendary coach of the Dallas Cowboys. A pioneer in the NFL, the native Texan coached the Cowboys for 20 years. The exhibit showcases Coach Landry's time during the NFL and offers a larger perspective on his personal life. The collection includes memories from his home and photographs of his family. Catch an up close view of his Championship rings and two Super Bowl trophies.
Texan, Longhorn and Cowboy. It was good to catch up on his bio.

Thanks, what a great move for Big D! UT should copy and retire his #. Problem is our “Powers that be” are now not giving past players much attention.

Thanks Sailor. Tom Landry was a great Texan, Longhorn, Military Veteran, and Cowboy. But he was a better MAN. Wish I were more like him..

Great stuff for a great coach and great alum. My only ding on Landry was that he recommended John Mackovic to DD.

Interestingly
he was the father in law of Eddie Phillips, the great wishbone QB in 1970 who probably wins the nc if Cotton Speyer isn’t hurt.
