Texas Longhorns vs. Texas AM Game Thread
The stakes:
1. The 14-9 Longhorns badly need a win if they have any hopes of making the NCAA Dance.
2. A&M; would like to go out with some pride in a major sport against Texas. I'm sure the Aggies will show up in force at Reed Arena to root on the cause. A&M; competed well against Baylor and KSU and thumped OSU. They have trouble scoring, but can defend.
3. The Lone Star Trophy thing-a-ma-jig is likely sealed with a Texas win.
4. Longhorn fans will go into a strange combination of fury and disinterest if we lose.
The game will be broadcast on ESPN. No excuses not to pull us on.

Last I checked we were a decend defensive team that has trouble getting in rhythm on offense at times. Here’s to a 9-6 SEC style win!!

According to multiple sources, (PG) Dash Harris and (F) Khris Middleton will be out of lineup tonight

Harris and Middleton are out for us.
I miss the Law-Durant match-ups.

Dash Harris out is a net plus for A&M. His career +/- hovers somewhere around -550. Khris Middleton is a big loss.
Aggies will be starting a big lineup - 6-5, 6-5, 6-8, 6-9, 6-10. They want to keep this thing in the 50s. If Texas can run, it’s over.
I liked Acie Law. Definitely one of my favorite opposing players.
