A fun RGIII interview, and yes,Texas refusing to recruit him at QB is mentioned - that feeling in your gut is a small dull knife twisting. Amusingly, some NFL teams are trying to poison the well by painting him as a bad guy. What do you think? Also, Dan Rubenstein now sports a sweet RGIII 4EVER chest tattoo.

Love that kid and am rooting for him, but...
they really poured it on at the end. Was like they took the salt and used sand paper to rub it in. That said, anonymous scouts are right. Clearly has entitlement issues, and shouldn’t be taken until the fourth round, AT LEAST.

That's my take
It’s clear to me that he’s threat to society.
Meanwhile, Janorice Jenkins, he of four kids by three women and kicked off of Florida’s roster his senior year for asshattery, is an “intriguing prospect” who may still make it into the first round as he has matured greatly over the last year.

Antonio Cromartie nods his head in approval, prepares for Jenkin's entry to the Shawn Kemp All Stars.
Cromartie: Sired 10 kids with 8 women. 28 years old. 2.8 children/yr.
Jenkis: Sired 4 kids with 3 women. 23 years old. 5.75 children/yr… This is next level stuff.

You took the reciprocal
Cromartie’s 10 kids in 28 years is a kid every 2.8 years or 0.36 kids per year
Jenkin’s 4 kids in 23 years is a kid every 5.75 years or 0.17 kids per year
Of course those calculations are for their entire lives. Say we only look at their adult lives (18+), then Cromartie would be at 1 kid per year and Jenkins just a tick off pace at 0.8 kids per year. Either way, solid contributions by both men.

McShay thinks he's a fourth round receiver.
Must have RGIII confused with Ryan Tannehill.

McShay is Kiper with better hair
I’ve yet to see an opinion of his that’s not completely derivative. Kiper had an early draft projection a couple of years ago that Adam Ulatoski as a Top 10 pick. Quickly revised when he spoke to some actual NFL GMs.
I like Mike Mayock. At least he does the work to form his own opinions and understands the game.

Also, in reference to the quotes of the NFL scout...
any time someone uses the phrase, ‘you know,’ more than twice in a conversation, they have no idea what they are talking about.

Was a talking head from NFL Network who made the comments...
quoting what he claims to have heard from anonymous scouts and GMs. Came off to me like a guy trying to get some airtime by giving a controversial take that differed from everything else being said.

Classy
RGIiI is one of the classiest athletes ever to play a game. In a world of Ron Arest’s and Rob Gronkowski’s, he is a breeze of clean fresh mountain air. I wish he had been a Longhorn.

What's wrong with Gronk?
And it’s Metta World Peace, thank you.

I may be wrong, but...
I doubt you’d see RGIII table dancing the night he lost the Super Bowl.
My apologies to MWP. Who am I to criticize world peace?

Gronk plays hard
And is a mutant on the field. However he handles a loss is up to him. Apparently, he’s a “never had a bad day in his life” type. Takes all kinds.

The story is still out on RGIII, but...
until now, he has handled himself with class, dignity, and quiet confidence. I want the these ideals out there so my three teenage boys can have role models. Given, everyone has their moments of weakness, guys like RGIII, Tebow, and yes even Mack Brown (it pains me to say) give us a hope in something bigger than the game. That’s where I just can’t follow the “takes all kinds” logic. “Bad guys playing good sports” leaves me hollow. I’ll cut the Gronk some slack for one indiscretion because he is a machine on the field and I don’t question his work ethic. Maybe I’m too idealistic, but I could never see the other guys I mentioned celebrating a loss under any circumstance.

Too bad about the way Davis and Brown handled that one, but it worked out for RGIII.
Good luck to the young man.
If Griffin is a bad guy, then he should move to Los Angeles after his playing career and start collecting Academy Awards.
Of course, being a bad guy and an athlete usually means you get a roster spot and your crimes are swept under the rug.
That scout needs help identifying lack of character. I’d point to Griffin’s future employer instead.

Love that he is going to the Redskins
mainly out of hatred for the Cowboys. However, I feel bad because no matter how hard the Skins try now, they find a way to suck anyways. Kinda like I felt bad for Rack
