According to the AAS, Oliver is commit #2. Here's the article:

Longhorns get second pledge for 2013

Jake Oliver, a highly-sought wide receiver from Dallas Jesuit who has picked up offers from more than 40 schools, has given his non-binding verbal pledge to Texas, according to Hookem.com, the American-Statesman’s Internet partner.

Oliver becomes the Longhorns’ second commitment for 2013, joining Celina lineman Jake Raulerson.

The 6-foot, 4-inch, 198-pound Oliver, who attended UT’s Junior Day on Sunday, caught 108 passes for 1,637 yards and 24 touchdowns last season. He is ranked as the No. 4 wide receiver in the country, the No. 8 overall prospect in Texas and No. 52 overall prospect in the nation.
