LHN To Show 12 Practices and Spring Game
Bellmont pressbot has disseminated the information below. I can only hope somebody (Vasherized) with LHN also has a big ass rear projection HD system and will sit with a few friends (HenryJames and BrickHorn)) and broadcast this content MST3K style.

I read that headline...
…as “LHN To Show 12 [Viewers] Practices and Spring Game.” It’s almost as accurate as the intended meaning.

As a Crime-Warner inmate, this all so very, very sad.
I think I’m gonna get drunk and listen to some Cash and Haggard. Hate you, Time-Warner. HATE. YOU.

Cash and Haggard
are a little soft for this little go ’round. Think drunk, stoned, and David Allan Coe…

Coe not tragic enough

It's especially amusing that Time Warner is sponsoring the Spring Jamboree.
Our main sponsor is the main force in making sure no one will see any of this.

Nice try at creating some leverage with carriers
but if this doesn’t move negotiations, I assume they are dead in the water until next football season.

And if I was at ESPN
I’d make sure Vash got a message that we’d look the other way while he streamed it on Le Net-telly du Jour, and link him to a list of Customer Service supervisors here and there and there and there so they could be seductively added to the chat and overlay with “Call these (*&$% and demand LHN” NOW.

I am really developing a deep seated, smoldering hatred of ESPN and Direct TV

I'm tingling
I never thought there would be another event to match Y2K . . . but darn if the Longhorn Network roll-out isn’t right there . . . plenty of build-up and . . . and . . .

Like the sound of this
But when I go to the LHN channel on my (extremely expanded) cable, I get:
1. Snow
2. Screams of laughter
3. The occasional crawler advising me to call my cable company.
4. Suggestions on how to float a loan to pay for LHN
5. All this followed by the words “Gotcha! Sucker.”

MST3K
This idea, it has merits.
Except HenryJames is the only one with Grande and he has an 80’s era Panasonic CRT black & white rig that he found in a van down by the river. It would also require hanging out with him.
So raise your hand if you have Grande and start clearing out your living room.

I have Uverse
What Uverse do you have? I call them once a week asking for LHN and they tell me they don’t have it. Maybe you know something I don’t? If not, sorry if I burst your bubble.
I don't understand "t-sip" as an insult. I like drinking tea, and when is being classy a bad thing?

Isn't this like that question from high school physics class?
If you are broadcast on a network no one gets does it really matter.

How many subscribers
does TW have in Austown? I.e., what’s the total cost, at 46 cents a head (a month? a year?) or whatever the current number is? Does TW get a slice of the advert time? Is LHN 24/7 or is there dead air? I’m just wondering if there’s a way for a big ad-runner to jump in and pay the freight or at least a significant portion of it - in return for the (presumably) worth-while exposure and a sweetener on ad cost.
